Myron McCarty has been a dedicated member of the City of Heyburn team since 2014, bringing more than a decade of hard work, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the community. In 2021, Myron was promoted to Street Division Head, a role in which he has excelled through strong leadership, technical expertise, and an exceptional ability to guide and support his crew.

Myron is known city-wide for his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Whether he is coordinating winter storm response, managing daily street maintenance operations, or assisting residents with concerns, Myron consistently leads with patience, respect, and a genuine desire to help others. His ethical standards and integrity set a high bar, earning him the trust of both coworkers and community members.

As a team leader, Myron fosters a supportive and cooperative work environment. He encourages open communication, ensures that his team feels valued, and models what it means to take pride in one’s work.
