Chip seal work and Fog seal work is scheduled on the following streets 

Chip seal, Dates Monday & Tuesday, August 17 & 18, 2026 

Fog seal, Date Friday, August 28th, 2026 

Time 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Affected areas for Chip seal, Fog seal 

• 15th Street, S st to T St 

• 16th Street, O st to T St 

• 17th Street, J st to T St 

• 18th Street, O st to W St 

• 19th Street, O st to T St 

• 20th Street, O st to Kings Row 

• Kings Row, Queens Way to 21st St 

• W Street, 18th st to 21st St 

• Y Street, River Road to 21st St 

• S Street, 14th St Dr to 21st St 

• P Street, 17th St to 18th St 

• Greenbrier Subdivision (All Roadway) (Fog Seal Only) 

IMPORTANT – NO PARKING: 

Residents are asked to remove all vehicles, boats, RVs trailers and any other obstructions from the roadway during the work period. 

• No parking along curbs or gutters 

• Vehicles left in the work area may be subject to citation or towing to allow crews to safely and effectively complete this work. 

• No irrigation/sprinkler water on the road 24 hours before work is completed
