7.  Discuss/Approve the Annual Appropriation Ordinance No.509 for Fiscal Year 2008-2009.

8. Continuance of the Public Hearing for the Revised Area of Impact.

9. Discuss/Approve Hearing Regarding Annexation and Zoning for Blincoe Farms.

10.. Public Hearing for a Preliminary Planned Unit Development Plat Application for the proposed Elk Meadows Plan Unit Development.

11. Public Hearing for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Zoning Map Amendment Applications for the proposed Blue River Estates Subdivision.

12. Discuss/Approve the Loan Resolution, Certification to be Executed at Loan Closing Water or Waste Water System Grant Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture and the Notice to Proceed.

13. Discuss/Approve Ordinance No. 510 Designating the Times News to be the Official Newspaper of the City of Heyburn.
