A special meeting for the purpose of calling an executive session for litigation.

Executive Session for Litigation as Authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345.

Motion by Leann Smith for an Executive Session for Litigation as Authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345. Second by Dee Ray Bailey. Roll Call Vote: Cleo Gallegos - Aye; Leann Smith - Aye; Dee Ray Bailey - Aye.

Council Present:

Cleo Gallegos, Dee Ray Bailey and Leann Smith. Rocky Baker excused.

Employees Present: Linda Dayley, Scott Spevak, and Steve Tuft.

Visitors Present: Ralph Williams and Curtiss Peterson.

Meeting conducted by George A. Anderson

The executive session commenced at 5:10 p.m. and ended at 5:50 p.m. The executive session consisted of a discussion on litigation. No decisions were made.
