1. Approve Minutes of the Council Meeting on October 8, 2008.

2. Approve Paying the Bills.

3. Public Hearing for the Purpose of Considering a Rezone from Residential to Commercial Local to allow for Light Commercial Uses, Submitted by Toni Ray, the Property is Located at 2050 O Street, Heyburn, Idaho.

4. Discuss/Approve Grant from the University of Idaho for the Horizons Community Leadership Program.

5. Discuss/Approve the Bonneville Power Contract Agreement.

6. Mayor Time:

*Discuss/Approve the Option of Forfeiting Veterans Day for the Day after Christmas.

*Discuss/Approve Canceling Council Meeting on November 26th and December 24th. Both are the day before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

*Discuss/Approve Interim Loan.

7. Approve Mayoral Signature on Pay Request for Funds for the Wastewater Treatment Project.
