July 7, 2015 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes

The Planning & Zoning meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Loren West. A quorum was present.

Attendance:

Russ Smith, Loren West, Juanita Teeter, Paul Aston and Juanita Teeter as Recording Secretary.

Declaration of Conflict of Interest: No conflict of interest.

Loren West opened the Public Hearing

A public hearing was held concerning the request of Mark Rosa for the construction of four (4) duplexes in the Bruce and Vida Subdivision in Block 14 in the City of Heyburn.

Annette Macorro a resident of Heyburn and a neighbor of the construction site attended the meeting and had no objections to the construction.

Motion: A motion was made by Russ Smith and seconded by Juanita Teeter to recommend that the final plat be submitted to the City Council for approval. Motion carried unanimously.
