Council Present:

Meeting conducted by Mayor George A. Anderson who welcomed everyone to the meeting and then led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.  

Discuss/Approve Minutes of the March 11, 2015 Council Meeting

Motion by Rocky Baker to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2015 council meeting as presented.  Second by Dick Galbraith. Vote:  Rocky Baker – Aye; Cleo Gallegos – Aye; Dick Galbraith – Aye; Dusty Galliher - Aye. 

Discuss/Approve Paying the Bills 

Motion by Cleo Gallegos to approve the bills as presented.  Second by Rocky Baker.  Vote:  Rocky Baker – Aye; Cleo Gallegos – Aye; Dick Galbraith – Aye; Dusty Galliher - Aye. 

Discuss Business Permit Process – Nile Maricle

City Attorney Steven Tuft informed Nile Maricle that the Sexually Oriented Business application form will be finalized next week and he can pick up one then.

Economic Development Update – Leann Smith

Leann Smith presented a brief economic update to those present. 

Discuss/Approve Ordinance No. 576 – Clarify Procedure for Appointing Officials – Second Reading

After a brief discussion, this agenda item was tabled to the next meeting.

Discuss/Approve Riverside Park Playground Purchase

City Superintendent Greg Richins gave a presentation on playground equipment and asked for approval to purchase this equipment.

Dusty Galliher presented a brief Airport Committee update to those present

Review of Monthly Department Head Reports

The Monthly Department Head Reports were reviewed by those present.
