August 5, 2013

6:30 P.M.

 

Council Present:

Rocky Baker, Leann Smith, and Cleo Gallegos.   Joanne Justesen - excused

 

Employees Present:

Steven Tuft and Deborah Hopkins.   Greg Richins – excused.   

 

Visitors Present:

None.

 

Meeting conducted by Mayor George A. Anderson who welcomed everyone to the meeting.   

 

Discuss/Approve Resolution No. 2013-11 – Federal Aid Highway Project A009(854) -

    21^st Street Reconstruction Project

 

Motion by Cleo Gallegos to approve the Federal Aid Highway Project A009(854) agreement.  Second by Rocky Baker.  Roll Call Vote:  Cleo Gallegos – Aye; Rocky Baker – Aye; Leann Smith – Aye.

 

Motion by Leann Smith to adopt and approve Resolution No. 2013-11 – Federal Aid Highway Project A009(854) – 21^st Street Reconstruction Project.  Second by Cleo Gallegos.  Roll Call Vote:  Cleo Gallegos – Aye; Rocky Baker – Aye; Leann Smith – Aye.
