6.   Discuss/Approve Appointment of Planning & Zoning Member  -  Russ Smith

7.   Discuss/Approve Placement of Newspaper Vending Machines on City Property

8.   First Reading of Ordinance No. 533 - Designating Weekly News Journal as Newspaper of Record

9.   Update on Cassia Street Vacation Estimated Costs - Paul Aston

10.  Executive Session for Matters of Personnel as authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345.
