4.   Public Hearing for Adoption of 2009 International Building Codes

5.   Discuss/Approve Ordinance No. 534 - Adoption of the 2009 International Building Codes

6.   Discuss/Approve canceling the December 22, 2010 regularly scheduled council meeting

7.   Discuss/Approve Urban Renewal Agency Advisor Proposals

8.   Ordinance No. 533 - Designating Weekly News Journal as Newspaper of Record - 2nd Reading

9.   Discuss Overhead/Underground Fuel Storage Tanks - Mike Brown

10.  Continued work on the Employee Handbook as needed
