January 21, 2016 Special Council Meeting Minutes

Council Present:

Rocky Baker, Dick Galbraith, Joanne Justesen, and Dusty Galliher.

Employees Present:

Greg Richins, Michael Tribe, Dan Bristol, and Ashlee Langley.

Visitors Present:

Eric Quitugua.

Executive Session

Pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

Motion by Joanne Justesen to go into Executive Session as per Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (b) for personnel.  Second by Dick Galbraith.  Roll Call Vote:  Rocky Baker – Aye; Joanne Justesen – Aye; Dick Galbraith – Aye; Dusty Galliher - Aye.

Joanne Justesen joined Executive Session at 5:50 PM.

Employees Present:

Greg Richins, Michael Tribe, Dan Bristol, and Ashlee Langley.

Visitors Present:

None.

The Executive Session was conducted by Mayor Cleo Gallegos. The topics were (a) (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. No decisions were made. The Executive Session began at 5:30 PM and concluded at 6:04 PM. 

The council meeting adjourned at 6:04 PM.
