NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

THE CITY OF HEYBURN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on Tuesday 13 September 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 941 18th Street, Heyburn, Idaho, to hear public comment on the following application.

Application for Lightning Land & Development, LLC Subdivision for Preliminary & Final Plat submitted by Zane Gillette and Tim Vaughn for their property located on open farmland north of I-84 and west of 500 West, Heyburn, ID. This property is more specifically known as TOWNSHIP 10 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, Section 9, A Part of The SE Quarter of The NE Quarter, MINIDOKA COUNTY, IDAHO

         A copy of the proposed application and plat are available for review and inspection at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, Heyburn, Idaho or by request by e-mail to tmorley@heyburncity.org or dencinas@heyburncity.org.

        The public is invited to attend and give comment regarding this application. Written comments will be accepted at the office of the Heyburn City Clerk until 5:00 PM on 8 September 2022 and placed into the record and heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission at the date of meeting. Submission can be by drop off of documents, fax (208) 679-2438, or e-mail (as listed above).

        If approved, the Planning and Zoning Commission, will recommend the application be placed before the City Council on 14 September 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be in the City Council Chambers at the Heyburn City Office Building, 941 18th Street, Heyburn, Idaho.
