THE CITY OF HEYBURN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on Tuesday 15 November 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 941 18th Street, Heyburn, Idaho, to hear public comment on the following application.
Application for Camp Crossing Preliminary Residential Subdivision Plat submitted by RAD Ventures, LLC for the open field property located east of H Street between 10th and 14th Streets, Heyburn, ID. This property is more specifically known as TOWNSHIP 10 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, Section 15: Part of The SE Quarter, MINIDOKA COUNTY, IDAHO

The public is invited to attend and give comment regarding this application. Written comments will be accepted at the office of the Heyburn City Clerk until 5:00 PM on 10 November 2022 and placed into the record and heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission at the date of meeting. Submission can be by drop off of documents, fax (208) 679-2438, or e-mail (as listed above).
              If approved, the Planning and Zoning Commission, will recommend the application be placed before the City Council on 30 November 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be in the City Council Chambers at the Heyburn City Office Building, 941 18th Street, Heyburn, Idaho.
