Discuss Procedure for Dealing with Possible Graffiti Reward

Accept/Decline Terrorism Coverage – ICRMP
City Clerk Deborah Hopkins stated the City of Heyburn needs to either accept or decline the Terrorism Coverage as offered by ICRMP at an additional insurance premium amount of $20,714.

Review of Monthly Department Head Reports
The November/December Monthly Department Head Reports were scheduled to be reviewed at the January 14, 2015 council meeting.
Discuss/Approve 21st Street Project – Supplement #4 – Providing Cross Sections at Utility Pole Relocations – Keller Associates, Inc.
Motion by Dick Galbraith to approve Supplement #4 to the 21st Street Project by providing cross sections at utility pole relocations at an additional cost of $3,339.18. Second by Rocky Baker. Vote: Rocky Baker – Aye; Cleo Gallegos – Aye; Dick Galbraith – Aye; Dusty Galliher - Aye.
