1. Approve Minutes of the Council Meeting on September 9, 2009.

2. Approve Paying the Bills.

3. Approve Paying the End of Year Bills.

4. Discuss/Approve Agreement for Transfer of School Property.

5. Discuss/Approve Amended Resolution No. 2009-6 Park Fees.

6. Discuss/Approve Ordinance No. 524 Uses of City Parks, Amphitheater and Other Facilities.

7. *Discuss/Approve Recreational Activities and a Plan for the City of Heyburn’s Elementary School - Ron Dietz

     *Discuss/Approve a November Activity of an Haunted House at the Old Heyburn School - John Paskett.

8. Discuss Property Vacation at 1750 Hi way 30 - Myron Wilson.

9. Mayor Time:

*Designation of Polling Place will be the Council Chambers at 941 18th Street.

*Designated Judge and Clerks for the Election.

*Discuss Internet Access to City Codes, Applications and records, etc.

10. Discuss/Approve Changing Police Cell Phones.

11. Recommendation from Planning and Zoning Regarding a Variance Application.
